It helps you lose like, 5-10 pounds, i think, but i discovered it was delicate! You need to have a proportion of everything - you can&#039;t eat just fruits and nuts! If you want to lose weight and Retain it off, what you take to keep in mind is moderation, proportions, and exercise!
